Refund policy
Refunds of Live Pets/plants require photographs to be emailed to blueramaquatics@outlook.com
Live Pets (Local Delivery Only) are guaranteed for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:

Return must be requested within 7 days of the original delivery date with valid proof of purchase.

Remains of fish must be mostly intact and show no signs of predation as determined by the company.

If an exchange is desired the product must be in stock.
Live Plants (Local Delivery Only) are guaranteed for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:

Return must be requested within 14 days of the original delivery date with valid proof of purchase.
Live Corals (Local Delivery Only) are guaranteed for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
- Return Must be requested within 24 hours of delivery time.
- Coral has been acclimated in accordance with the recommend acclimation procedure.
- Coral has not been intentionally or accidentally damaged or microfragged.
- Refund will not be granted if coral has not been returned within 24 hours of requesting a refund unless at fault of the company.
Other products are guaranteed for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:

Return must be requested within 30 days of the original delivery date with valid proof of purchase.

Product must be unopened/undamaged/in resellable condition.

Opened/damaged/unsalable products may be returned for a 50% credit to the discretion of the company.
Blue Ram Aquatics reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason.
