Refund policy

Refunds of Live Pets/plants require photographs to be emailed to blueramaquatics@outlook.com

Live Pets (Local Delivery Only) are guaranteed for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
  • Return must be requested within 7 days of the original delivery date with valid proof of purchase.
  • Remains of fish must be mostly intact and show no signs of predation as determined by the company.
  • If an exchange is desired the product must be in stock.
Live Plants (Local Delivery Only) are guaranteed for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of the original delivery date with valid proof of purchase.

Live Corals (Local Delivery Only) are guaranteed for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return Must be requested within 24 hours of delivery time.
  • Coral has been acclimated in accordance with the recommend acclimation procedure.
  • Coral has not been intentionally or accidentally damaged or microfragged.
  • Refund will not be granted if coral has not been returned within 24 hours of requesting a refund unless at fault of the company.
Other products are guaranteed for a full refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of the original delivery date with valid proof of purchase.
  • Product must be unopened/undamaged/in resellable condition.
  • Opened/damaged/unsalable products may be returned for a 50% credit to the discretion of the company.

Blue Ram Aquatics reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason.
